1) An Inspection of the fire extinguishers is in compliance and is conducted to the standards of National Fire Protection Association Standards (NFPA 10). 

专业检验灭火器必须遵照国家防火协会标准(NFPA 10)所订下的规范.

2) Once inspected, which is required annually, they are considered good at the time of service and left in serviceable working condition, certified for one year from the date of inspection. They are warrantied against leaking...but if they are used/discharged or damaged prior to the next annual inspection then a fee would apply to refilling/replacing.

在做完每年规定的检验之后，它们应被视为在维护时是在良好的并在可工作状态，合格期为自上次检查后一年，检验保证不外漏，但如在下一次检修之前有使用或喷洒，或是受损，那将会收取填补或更新费用。

3) All Dry Chemical extinguishers must endure annual inspect and also 6 years from date of manufacture they are to be given a 6 year maintenance, again this is a requirement from NFPA 10.(Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers)

4) Also Dry Chemical extinguishers that are 12 years from new, must endure a Hydro Static Test of the shell...in cases of 2.5 and 5 lb. extinguishers, pricing for this procedure is similar to replacing the extinguisher, however for 10 and 20lb. extinguishers a hydro static test is cost worthy if the extinguishers are still in decent shape.

5) Coast Guard/Department of Fisheries and Oceans also requires extinguishers for marine vessels to be inspected annually as does the insurer of your vessel, this applies to pleasure and commercial vessels, and in most cases the dock where vessel is moored requires this as well as part of mooring contract.

6) External Inspection includes:
*Gauge for pressure.
*Weighed for content.
*Dates for determination of maintenence or hydro.
*Hoses for blockage or cracks.
*Powder shaken or tapped to freely flow.

All this is done onsite or at our shop.
Upon completion..They are tagged with an inspection tag stating they pass inspection and are due for next inspection 1 year to the date. The tag states what was done to the extinguisher, the date of inspection, the date next inspection is due and the company and technician that performed the inspection. Including the technicians ASTT certified stamp.
All of this is supposed to be conducted by any fire company that services extinguishers. It's law.
这些检测可以现场服务或是在我们的检修中心完成。完成检测的灭火器会给与检测通过标示，同时注明一年后的复检日期。检测通过标示清楚注明已检测的项目还有是哪间公司的技术人员完成的检测。技术人员还需在标示盖上个人的ASTT颁发证明签。任何防火器维修公司必须依照这些程序，因为这是法律所规定。

7) 6 year maintenance fee applies if extinguisher is still full at time of doing this service. ...if it is empty due to discharge...only then does both recharge fee plus 6 year fee apply

当您的灭火器已达到6年了并且必须需要填充，您的费用将会是6年检测费加上填充补料费。要是您的灭火器6年了但不需要填充，您只需要支付6年检测费。
